Dumbbell Swing x 10

4-way Pushup Rox x 10 each

Bucket # 2: Perform for 4 rounds

Dumbbell Incline Press x 5

Dumbbell Bow Saw x 5 each

Dumbbell Squat to Alternating overhead Y-press x 5 e

Resisted Dolly Tuck x 25

Bucket # 3: Perform for 4 rounds

Medicine Ball Throwup x 24

Medicine Ball Side Slams x 12 each

Rear foot elevated split squat with overhead press x 12 each

Broad jump for 20 yards, backpedal back x 2 laps

Step-ups x 6 each

Medicine Ball Pushups x 12

Conditioning:

120 yard shuttle @ 20 yards x 10

Core:

Alternating Toe Touch x 25 each

Bicycle crunch x 25 each

Flutter Kicks x 25 each
