Bucket #1: Perform for 3 rounds

Jumping Jacks x 30

Situps x 20

Pushups x 10

Bucket # 2: Perform for 4 rounds

Shuffle Shuffle @ 5 yards then sprint sprint @ 20 yards x 3 laps

Scissor Jumps x 8 each leg

Squat Jump x 8

Bucket # 3: Perform for 3 rounds

B-Drill x 3

Dolly roll out x 15

Medicine Russian Twists x 15 each

Bucket # 4: Perform for 4 rounds

Dumbbell Flat Bench x 20

Dumbbell Lawnmower x 10 each

Dumbbell Piledriver x 20

Single-leg RDL x 10 each

Bucket # 5: Perform for 4 rounds

Dumbbell Split Squat x 10 each

Sandbag High Pull x 5

Sprint @ 20 yards x 5

Cone taps from the top of a pushup position x 20 each arm

Leg Lifts x 20
