Daily Session 3/29/13

Today will be a scheduled day off from training. Make sure to stretch, get a massage if you can, or jump into a hot tub.

Even though this is scheduled day off from training, it’s not a day off from good nutrition. You can’t out run or out lift a bad diet no matter how much you think you can. If you take in more energy than you burn, weight will slowly pile up.

Stay hydrated with ice-cold water and tea, eat your greens and fruit, and keep your protein high!
