Warm Up & Dynamic Stretch: 10-20 minutes

Prep: 2 sets

Star Lunge x 5ea

Push Ups x 10

Sit Ups x 10

Jumping Jax x 50

Bucket #1: 3 sets

dB Lawn Mower x 10

dB Lunge x 10 steps each leg

dB High Pull x 10

dB Sumo Walk and punch x 10 total steps

Conditioning: @ 20 yards (rest 1:30 between sets & 10 sec between reps)

Sprint to Back Skip x 5

Sprint to Shuffle x 5ea

Sprint sprint x5

Bucket #2: 3 sets

dB Chest Press x 15

dB Fly x 15

dB Squat & Swing x 15

Repeat the Conditioning

Cool Down: Band stretch

Home Workout or BW Workout: Perform 4 sets. Perform each exercise for 40 sec with a 20 sec rest between exercises. Take a 2 min break between sets.

Lying X Chops (alternate)

Skater Jumps (stick each landing)

Star Lunges (alternate each direction)

Low Plank (2″ off the ground)

Conditioning: Set 1 @ 20 yards; Set 2 @ 30 yards; Set 3 @ 40 yards (rest 1:30 between sets & 10 sec between reps)

Sprint to Back Skip x 5

Sprint to Shuffle x 5ea

Sprint sprint x5
