Bucket 1: Perform for 3 rounds

Pike Pushups x 25

Lying x-chops x 25 each side

Burpees x 12

Partner Band Skips x 3 @ 25 yards

Bucket 2: Perform for 1 round

Single Leg TRX Squat Jumps x 10 each leg

UP UP DOWN DOWN x 10 each arm ( Start in a plank position and finish in a pushup position)

Rope Slams x 10

Squat x 1 Squat Jump x 1 up to 6 each

Pickup and Punch x 10 each

Dumbbell Incline x 10

Pullup x 10

Bench Dips x 10

Partner Band Shuffles x 3 lengths @ 25 yards

Repeat Bucket 2 for 1 round

Partner Band Sprints x 3 lengths @ 25 yards

Repeat Bucket 2 for 1 round

Abs:

Side Plank Raises x 25 each side

Leg Lifts x 25

Situps x 25
