Stretch and Warmup

Dynamic Prep: Perform for 3 rounds

Jumping Jax x 30

Pushups x 20

Forward Lunges x 5 each leg

Strength Bucket: Perform for 4 rounds

Squat with front plate press x15

Dips x 15

Pullup x 15

Quick Step-ups x 15 e

Track Bucket: Perform for 3 rounds

Medicine ball Hip toss with shuffle @ 5 yards x 8 each

Broad Jump with Medicine ball chest pass x 8

Medicine ball side slams x 8

Medicine ball hip lift x 16

Turf Bucket: Perform for 4 rounds

Blastoff x 5 each

Rubber band pull aparts x 10

Split Squat with Dumbbell high pull x 10 each

Cone Slalom @ 15 yards or 8 cones

Big Finish: Perform for 1 round

Sandbag Hill Run, Over and Back

Cooldown and Stretch
