Daily Session 5/27/13

General Warm Up: 10 minutes of various athletic movements (skips, jogs, high knees, butt kickers, shuffles, etc.)

Dynamic Stretch: 5-10 minutes

Prep: 2 rounds

Star Squats x 5

Bear Crawl @ 20 yards with Jog Return x 1 lap

Bear Crawl Backwards @ 20 yards with Jog Return x 1 lap

Workout: 3-5 Rounds

Spiderman Walk @ 20 yards x 4 Laps (jog return)

SL RDL x 15 ea

Upper Body Stool Walk Overs x 5

Alternating Step ups x 12 ea

Pick Up & Reach x 8ea

At the end of each Round complete 4 x 60 yard sprints (walk return)

Cool Down: Static Stretch with strap
