Jumping Jacks x 30

Burpee x 10

Split Squat Lateral Jumps x 5 each

Strength Bucket: Perform for 4 rounds

Prone Bench hops x 8 each

Dumbbell Sumo Squat x 16

Band Swimmers x 16

Supinated (Palms up) Band Rows x 16

Turf Bucket: Perform for 4 rounds

Pickup and Press x 8 each

Dummie Flip x 8

Pushups rox x 8 each

Hurdle Crossovers x 8 each

Track Bucket: 

Partner Sprints x 1 each, up to 6 each

Cooldown and Stretch

10-15 minutes
