Dolly Tucks x 10

Dolly Pikes x 10

Battling Rope Slams x 10 each arm

Battling Rope Jumping Jacks x 10

Cone Hop x 10 to sprint @25 yards x 2

Slalom x 10 to sprint @ 25 yards x 2

Bucket 1: Perform for 4 rounds

Plate Push @ 20 yards x 1 lap

Dumbbell Push Press x 8

Dumbbell Water Buckets x 8 each

Lying Dumbbell Flye x 8

Bucket 2: Perform for 4 rounds

Lateral Dumbbell Punches x 8 each

Single Leg Dumbbell RDL x 5 each

Dumbbell Load+Explode x 8 each

Suicide Run- Cones @ 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 yards

Big Finish: Perform for 5 rounds

Single Leg Squat x 5 each

Skater Jumps x 5 each

Pushup x 5

Clap Pushups x 5

Plate Push Relay x 5 each

Hill Run @ 200 yards
