Burpee to Gunslinger x 10, x 12, x 15

Golf Squat x 8

Curl x 10, Curl and Press x 10Curl+Press+Punch x 10

Pullup x 10, Chinup x 10, Pullup and Chinup x 10 each

Cooldown and Stretch
