Daily Session 6/17/13

General Warm Up: 5-10 minutes

Dynamic Flexibility/Mobility: 5 minutes

Prep: Perform a total of 100 reps of the following exercises.

Jumping Jax & Lunges

Conditioning: In between each Bucket perform a shuttle run x 1 (set cones up at 25, 50, 75, 100, 125 and 150 yards)

Bucket #1: 3-4 Rounds

Squat & MB chest Pass x 20

MB Lateral Shuffle (@ 5 yards) x 3L

dB High Pull x 10ea

dB Bow Saw x 10ea

Bucket #2: 3-4 Rounds

Inverted Rows x 10

Battle Rope Waves x 20

dB Incline chest Press x 10

Dolly Pikes x 20

Home Workout: Perform 3-5 Rounds

Star Squats x 5

50 Jump ropes or Jumping Jacks

15 Lunges ea

Elevated Push Ups x 15

2ft Ring Hop (feet touch inside & quick) to Squat (out side of ring in squat position) x 15

Conditioning: Perform a shuttle run x 3

Set cones up at 25, 50, 75, 100, 125 and 150 yards.

Rest 3-5 minutes between attempts.
