x 2 in round 1, x 4 in round 2, x 6 in round 3

Medicine Ball Seated Twists x 25

Mountain Climbers x 25

Hip Lifts x 25

Figure 8’s with Medicine Ball x 25

Bucket 1: Perform for 3 rounds with a partner

Partner 1: Bicep Curls x 15 Partner 2: Pushups x 15

Partner 1: Jog 1 lap Partner 2: Sprint 2 laps

Partner 1: Scissor Jumps x 10 each leg Partner 2: TRX Inverted Row Holds

Bucket 2: Perform for 3 rounds

Medicine Ball Slams x 15

Wall Sit x 1:00

Dolly Walk with partner @ 5 yards @10 yard @ 15 yards @ 20 yards

-Complete one forward and one backwards

Cooldown and Stretch

10-15 minutes
