Lower Body Bridge x 1 min Hold

1/2 Mile Run

Bucket #2: 3 Rounds

dB High Pull x 12ea

dB Golf Squat x 10ea

Slow Push Up x 4 sec Down/1 sec Up

3/4 mile Run

Bucket #3: 4 Rounds

Chin Up x 12

Dolly Walk x 1 lap @ 20 yards

Dolly Tucks x 24

Home Workout: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

Dolly Tucks x 20

Push Ups x 15

Lower Body Bridge x 1 min Hold

2 min Run

Conditioning Workout: Rest the same amount of time as it takes you to complete the run
