Prep: 2 Rounds

OH Stick Squat x 10

Jump Squat x 5

Bucket #1: As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 minutes

12x Goblet Squat

20 calories on bike or treadmill

4 minute rest

Bucket #2: As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 minutes

Burpee x 8

200 meter run

4 minute rest

Bucket #3: As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 minutes

dB shoulder punches x 20 ea

20 sec hill sprint

4 minute rest 

Bucket #4:

30sec Work of BW Squats & 30sec “Rest” Low Squat Hold x 4

30 sec Work of Mountain Climbers & 30 sec of Rest in Bridge Position x 4

Cool Down: Static Stretch
