Warmup and Stretch

Dynamic Prep: Perform for 3 rounds

TRX 2-way tuck x 30

Medicine Ball Squat and Toss x 20

Bear Crawl @ 10 yards x 1 lap

Dumbbell Pickup and Reach x 10 each

Conditioning:

Hollow Sprint x 4 lengths

Bucket 1: Perform for 4 rounds

Dumbbell Push Press x 12

Bentover Dumbbell Row x 12

Lateral Broad Jump x 6 each

Lunge walk @ 25 yards

Conditioning:

Hollow Sprint x 2 lengths

Bucket 2: Perform for 2 rounds

Toe Touch x 50

RD 2: 25

Leg LIft x 50

RD 2: 25

Reverse Crunch x 50

RD 2: 25

M-Drill x 8 ( 4 each)

Conditioning:

Hollow Sprints x 3

Bucket 3: Perform for 3 rounds

Lateral Lunge x 8 each

Dumbbell Squat and Alternating Y Press x 8 each

Dumbbell Lateral Raise x 8

Cooldown and Stretch
