General Warm Up: 10 minutes

Dynamic Stretch: 5 minutes

Prep: 2 Rounds

2ft Ring Hops x 5 to Fwd Run x 5

dB Pick Up & Punch x 15ea

dB Rev Lunge & Bicep Curls x 15

dB Seated Fig 8 through legs x 15

Conditioning: Move the Mountain (4 items) @ 15 yards x 4. Rest 35 sec between each rep.

Bucket #1: 3 Rounds

dB X Chop (SQ. Stance) x 15ea

dB Pick Up & Press x 15ea

Burpees x 10

Repeat Conditioning

Bucket#2: As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 minutes

Plate Push (60lbs) x 1 length

Dolly Pike x 10

Knee Drives x 3;Step Up x 3;Blastoffs x 3

MB chest Pass (sit a squat position) x 15

Cool Down: Static Stretch – quads, hamstrings, it band, groin.

Home Workout: As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 minutes

Star Squats x 4

Bear Crawl x 2 Laps @ 10 yards

Knee Drives x 3;Step Up x 3;Blastoffs x 3

Conditioning workout: Alternate between exercises. Repeat each one 3 times with a 2 min rest between each attempt.

Prowler Push (90lbs added) x 3 Lengths

Move the Mountain (3 items) @ 25 yards. [move items in one direction only]
