Training Zone: Daily Session for 3/10/13
Warm Up & Stretch for 10-15 min

perform rounds 1 & 3 for 20 secs each

perform rounds 2 & 4 for 20 reps each

rest for 1:30 sec between rounds

 

 

  1. 2. Step ups(1 foot stays on bench) 20/e
  2. Bench Press
  3. Flyes
  4. Jumping Jacks
  5. Side Lunges 20 each side
  6. RDL’s 2 Legs
  7. Biceps Curls in a Squat 20 each
  8. Bent Over Row, both arms simultaneously
  9. Shoulder Press
  10. Lateral Raise Front to Side 10 each
  11. Pushups
  12. Forward Lunge 20 each
  13. Tricep Press, both arms at the same time
  14. Jumping Jacks
  15. Renegade Row
  16. Squat Jumps
  17. Dumbbell Kickbacks
  18. Quick Staggers
  19. Upright Rows
  20. Squats
