Stretch & Warmup

10-15 minutes

Perform the following for 2 rounds:

Band Incline Press x 16

Band Jump with row x 16

Dummie Push x 2L

Overhead Sandbag Walk x 2L

Tire Step-up x 8 each

Situp with Medicine ball chest pass x 16

Lunge with Punch x 1 L

Conditioning:

Outdoor Suicide x 1

Perform the following for 2 rounds:

Band Incline Press x 16

Band Jump with row x 16

Dummie Push x 2L

Overhead Sandbag Walk x 2L

Tire Step-up x 8 each

Situp with Medicine ball chest pass x 16

Lunge with Punch x 1 L

Slow Sandbag Squat x 5 (:05 down, :05 up)

Rope Slams x 25

Conditioning:

Outdoor Suicide x 1

Cooldown and Stretch
