July 4th Workout

General Warm Up: 5-10 minutes

Dynamic Stretch: 5 min

 

Prep: 4 Rounds

Jump Squats x 10

Up Up Down Down (from High Bridge Postion) x 5ea

Lunges (side) with Slingers x 5ea

Y curl & press x 10

 

1 Mile Run (one time only)

7 exercises – Golf Squat; push ups; bicep curls; dips; plate push; toes to bar; 25 yard sprint

7 reps each

6 Rounds

Big Finish: 2:37 sec Upper Body Bridge (2013-1776=237)
