Air Plane Push Ups x 6ea

SL Butt Burner x 6ea

M Drill x 4

Home Workout: Complete 3 -4 rounds of the following exercises

SL Star Squat x 5ea

Upper Body Star Push Ups x 5

2ft Star Hops with Turns x 5

Conditioning Workout: Power Runs

30 sec sprint followed by 30 sec jog x 12

Rest 4 min

30 sec sprint followed by 30 sec jog x 8

Rest  3 min

30 sec sprint followed by 30 sec jog x 4

Cool Down: Standing Static Stretch
