Shoulder Punches (F/L) x 10ea

Alt. Rev Lunges x 10ea

Dolly Tucks x 25

Box Jumps x 10

MB sde Toss x 10ea

Dolly Pike x 25

Sumo Walk & Bicep Curl x 1 Lap @ 15 yards

Bear Crawl x 1 Lap @ 15 yards

Dolly Circles x 13ea

Big Finish: 2 Mile Run

Cool Down: Static Stretch
