Rope Slams x 20, 30 , 40

BW Squats x 15

TRX Rows x 10

Rev Push Up x 5

1/4 Mile Hill Run

Rope Pulls @ 15 yards x 2

Alt Fwd Lunge w/Bicep Curl x 10ea

Band Chest Fly x 25, 25, 45

Toe Touches x 50

1/4 Mile Hill Run

Cool Down: Static Stretch
