Step Ups x 5ea

Pick Up & Punch x 5ea

dB Gunslingers

Bucket #1: 3 Rounds

Broad Jumps x 8

Iso Push Ups (4 sec down/1 sec up) x 8

dB High Pull x 8

Bucket #2: 3 Rounds

Burpee x 12

Cone Hops x 3 laps (10 cones)

Lawn Mower x 12

Bucket #3: 3 Rounds (40, 50, 60 sec)

dB Squats – dB Golf Squat – dB Rev Golf Squat

Push Ups – air plane push ups – Push Ups

Shuffle to sprint – Sprint Sprint – Fwd shuffle to sprint

Cool Down: Static Stretch
