Daily Session 3/24/13

Todays daily session is going to be used as an active recovery day. Notice the word active because you will still be sweating and getting a workout. However, instead of what we normally do, we want you to do a few of following activities:

1) Get a Massage and Stretch

2) Go to a Yoga Class

3) Go to a Spinning Class

4) Perform a half hour abdominal circuit

5) Go on a long recovery run

6) Use the hot or cold tub for 10-15 minutes

These activities are used to give your body a rest from the daily grind of heavy weights and circuit style training.

Even though you won’t be lifting and doing a traditional workout, it’s always a great day to improve. Give one of the previously mentioned activities a try, your body will thank you for it.
